<p>Obviously, you must use a food-safe material AND you do not want to use these long term. Consider them disposable and print new ones if you need them again. FDM printed products are inherently difficult to keep sterile due to the fine layers (rough surface).</p>

<p>The &#8220;Presses&#8221; or pushers are intended to be used to push the cut fruit out without having to handle it.  As you can see from the short video, you can also use the cutter to cut long sections and then cut them with a knife to create thin slices.</p>
