I made a tweezer holder (aka Tweezer Tower) for my wife a few years ago and she loves it but it always bothered me that it was not more than it was. Well, I finally revisited it and here it is…

This Tweezer Tower is much more impressive than my earlier design, built on the same rotating base as the Pen Tower I released last week. The rotating base makes it much more convenient to put into a small space and rotate it to access the device wanted.

The Gripper ring has a fine zig-zag’ish pattern on the bottom and works quite well to prevent the base from sliding around as you spin the top. The Gripper must be printed in TPU or something similarly soft. And, if you do not have TPU handy it works quite well without it too.

I have tried to make it accommodate a variety of accessories that one might use for grooming as shown in the photograph.

Printing

I have tried to make my main print settings visible on the Cura screenshot but in case they are difficult to read I have summarized them again here…

Screenshot

Material: Any. I used PETG.

My Setup:
Nozzle = 0.4mm

Print Orientation: As shown in the screenshot(s).

Assembly Notes

The Gripper ring press fits into the groove in the underside of the base and can be a bit of a tight fit. Use a small screwdriver or similar to get it installed if necessary.

No assembly or post-print processing is required.
